It’s a New Year and a great time to create a New Beginning. Learn from the past, and look to the future to pursue your dreams with fresh energy. What better way to start than with a PARTY!!!!
The entire planet rings in the New Year with some sort of celebration. This is a great time to process and begin again with clarity from positive reflection. A confident attitude gives one the energy to really enjoy the celebration.
Confidence is meeting life challenges of all kinds – this essential attitude can be cultivated. Finding the willingness includes anything which involves mastering a new learning curve and overcoming uncertainties.
I believe it is especially important for us, as women, to set physicality goals for ourselves to build confidence and know how. Yes you can: jump out of an airplane, compete in martial arts, ski board off of snowy mountains, lift weights, mountain climb, tennis match, marathon, and the list goes on. Make a date, set a deadline and follow through with it. The gifts you will receive from keeping your commitment to reaching your goals are priceless. Sharing your real glow of enthusiasm with family and friends will also give them a boost as they make choices to live happier and healthier. By the way, we at Body Now! have invited all of YOU to our group goal in September by attending the Warrior Dash in Portland Oregon.
A healthy woman embraces her own physicality, her intelligence, and her desires.
At Body Now! as we embark on the journey of another year, we will fill 2012 with reasons to smile and excitedly try new things to keep our groove juicy. Here’s to this year being your best ever–AND–I will see you on the dance floor!
New Year Wishes—-” I hope you are overwhelmed with joy every day, That you are blessed with real and caring friends, Serenity with each sunrise, Success in each facet of your life, Health, Appreciation of all the wonderful things so special about you…..Have a splendid New Year.” Love Deborah
